We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst who will also take on the role of Product Owner for our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into well-structured user stories and tasks effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile software development environment.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience in facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and requirements to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience writing well-structured user stories and tasks in Jira or similar tools.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically about business and technical challenges.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Certification in Agile or Business Analysis (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) is a plus.
